Reporting to: Manpower Planning & Recruitment Section Head
Location: Khartoum/Field
Basic Function and Scope:
Assists the management to control the overall preparation and updating of "PDOC" manpower establishment and strength.
Includes coordinating the preparation of annual manpower forecasts, maintaining vacancy lists, verifying all forms of manpower movements to ensure compliance with approved establishment.
Studies, reviews and follows up on organizational changes and personnel movement to maintain updated organization charts.
Assists in the Preparation of regular and ad-hoc statistical reports related to manpower establishment and strength.
Assists in maintaining and updating the Company's Personnel Policy Manual.
Assists in supervising and maintaining Human Resources Management Information System.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
4 years experience in the Human Resources field.
Skilful in computer applications and good understanding of database concepts.
Planning and analytical skills.
Age not exceed 35 years as of January 2010.
Department: Information Technology
Reporting to: IT Manager
Location: Khartoum
Basic Function and Scope:
Acts as a focal point within Information Technology for incoming system user inquiries.
Receives inquiries, assesses nature, priorities and routes to the appropriate section/employee in IT.
Provides "front line" support.
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of Secondary (11 years) education plus 2 years formal training leading to a diploma in Computer Science.
5-6 years' related experience and skills in information technology, including Networking concepts (LAN/WAN), Windows (Server and Workstation), MS Office, Outlook Exchange, McAfee, Netscape Communicator, Dial-up Networking, SMS.
Minimum typing skills of 30 WPM.
Ability to work under pressure.
English proficiency both spoken and written
Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software / applications.
Good reports writing and presentation skills.
National Service Release.
