Recruitment Policy

• The policy of Petrodar is to recruit employees on the basis of its established manpower requirements and to fill open positions with the most qualified candidates available, governed by such factors as education, experience, skill and other characteristics as determined by the Company

• Sudanisation:The Company gives priority in employment to any Sudanese Citizen who is suitably qualified to fill a vacant position

• Other Nationalities: In the absence of suitable Sudanese the Company will employ properly qualified applicants from other nationalities

• Conditions for Employment: Vacancies will be filled only by candidates who satisfy certain general conditions and who meet the requirements specified for the position to be filled.
